Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all classes are being held through Zoom until further notice.

Have the words “divorce” or “dating” recently entered your personal vocabulary?

  • Do you feel a sense of shock or panic because you have recently been told your spouse or partner “wants out?”
  • Are you experiencing a sense of guilt and fear of the future because you are struggling to tell your spouse that you need to leave?

  — OR —

  • Does the thought of dating one more person send a chill up your spine?
  • Do you feel disillusioned by the whole dating process because the person on the dating site doesn’t even come close to the person you just met for coffee; again.
  • Do you keep attracting the same kind of person over and over; and this isn’t the type of person who is good for you?

— OR —

  • Are you spending too much time and energy worrying about what others think of you?
  • Do you fear that people won’t like you once they know you so you don’t bother trying to make  friends?
  • Is your lack of confidence interfering with your ability to stand up for yourself and set healthy boundaries?

If one of these concerns has lead you to our services, the Rebuilding at Bethel separated and divorced program, the Dating Dementia™ class, or the Women’s or Men’s Self-esteem and Relationships class may inspire you to learn how to live and love from a healthier and more fulfilling perspective.

Navigating the rough waters of a break up can be challenging. Trudging through endless bio’s on dating sites can be tiresome and lead to continual and frustrating dead ends. Both can take a toll on your self-esteem or bring to light an already fractured one.

All classes taught through Puffins Presentations are built on information from brain research, current literature and family systems theory. Also, the knowledge of human relationships from Margaret’s educational background, personal experience as well as the lessons each client and student has brought to the therapeutic process have contributed to the approach Margaret uses to help individuals approach the dynamics of change and personal growth.
