Through Puffins Presentations, Margaret offers a variety of classes, coaching, and individual and couples therapy sessions.

COACHING FOR DATERS

Margaret uses her extensive experience to help clients discover who they are and what they want in a relationship, review their values, and develop a targeted plan for finding the partner of their dreams. She also helps clients understand the importance of slowing things down. She coaches them to be authentic, and helps them check the integrity and dependability of potential mates, and identify weak points in potential relationships.

Coaching sessions are $125 an hour, and $2.50 a minute after 60 minutes. Coaching sessions are conducted via telephone or at her office after you contact Margaret to set up a time. A discounted rate is available for purchasing sessions in advance in a block of 4 or 6.
The fee is as follows:
4 sessions: $480.00
6 sessions: $600.00
The $2.50 a minute applies for any time after the first 60 minutes. This must be arranged with Margaret in advance of the first session.

SINGLES AND COUPLES THERAPY

Margaret recognizes that anyone can be confronted with problems they feel unable to correct. She believes that with information, guidance and support most people can develop strategies to solve those problems through their own efforts. Therapy is a longer-term, intensive relationship that involves helping individuals understand the historical markers in their lives that block them from reaching their goals and once confronted helps them resolve problems in their environment. She helps people identify these issues and develop ways of addressing these issues on their own. Margaret is trained in Family Systems Theory and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and she incorporates a strong Psycho-educational approach in working with her clients. She believes that information is a powerful tool that can be used to make personal changes and she utilizes information to help clients develop the insights needed to make those changes.
